Off the chart delicious. We, a party of three, each ordered a hamburger, and we were all pleased with our selection. The mouthwathering hamburgers are hugh. The staff is friendly and helpful in working with us to make a selection. We ordered the Old School, Sweet Bacon Cheese and the Double Cheesebacon hamburgers. These orders come with fries that have been fried in olive oil. For an appetizer, we ordered a plate of Rolinhus de Frango com Sweet Chili. Oh boy! Delicious. We strongly suggest trying these.

At every visit, we have an incredible experience at FABRICA in Loulé! The hotdogs & burgers are a delight & absolutely delicious – the perfect combination of juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, but what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the amazing server/waiter, Simon. He is so friendly, attentive, and really makes us feel at home. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Simon goes above and beyond to ensure we have an exceptional time. I highly recommend FABRICA to anyone visiting Loulé – great food, great service, and a great vibe! 5 stars all the way! 👌🏽👏🏽🌟

Today (21-10-25), my son and I ordered 2 hamburgers for dinner. One of the things we like is the homemade fries (in extinction today..). But today we were lucky, the potatoes were dried and hard, the hamburger had a lack of spices and taste.. it is a case pr say, maybe they changed from cook (?)
