Yesterday we had a delicious lunch at the outside area of the A Tasca restaurant. We tried to get a table for two without a reservation, and after 15 minutes we got one. The view over the Baleeira Port, the beach of Martinhal and the offshore islands was, from our spot, overwhelming. The service was very friendly and accommodating. We waited about 45 minutes for our food, but it was worth it. Both the grilled octopus and the prawns were wonderful. the wine list had a good selection. Overall, everything was very good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant, although I think it's better to reserve a table before visiting.

Such a lovely place to eat, amazing food, lovely staff and incredible views. We visited Sagres for a week for our summer holiday and were so blown away on eating here the first night we went again our last night. I highly recommend the beef steak with a glass of red wine 🍷
