Popped in for late lunch as happened to be in the area. Judging by the name, I expected some sort of 'medieval' interior which wasn't the case there. The food was very delicious and nicely presented, the service was attentive. There was hardly anyone in at the time of our visit, so the food was served very quickly.

Had lunch with my Better half. Service very attentive, no problem getting a table but we are still in March. We has cheese and sardine pate for starter. Then Cod with cream and steak with pepper sauce. Portions generous. Tried puff pastry and cheesecake for dessert and all good. Two people long lunch Friday afternoon for €50 well worth it.

We had a lovely lunch at A Tasca Medieval last Monday. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the food was spectacular 👌. We shared a Tapa à Tasca Medieval and the Sea bass, which was more than enough for two. Finished with a cheesecake which was to die for 🤤

Reasonable restaurant, good food, but, absolutely outstanding traditional Portuguese desert made from figs and fruit from a local Portuguese tree, the name of which escapes me. I would go there just for coffee and dessert. Amazing! Unfortunately a loud barking Dog spoilt the evening, owners tried to restrain but failed.

Bad attitude on the part of the manager for the way he welcomes clients, a RUDE Cover HYPOCRITE AND DESASTROUS.
Food was good but nothing special (simple)

We do not reserve, it is a fact. We were passing and it seemed good to us. However, at 20h there was no place on the balcony. We stayed inside the "tasca". Despite the fan there was a heat that could not bear. We were served after other people who came well after us.
