We visited this restaurant in September. The staff were friendly upon welcome and we sat at the front on the terrace which was nice. The food that we had was amazing. The pork was cooked to perfection and was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I also really appreciated the classy and calm feel of the place.

This is the best restaurant in Loulé - if you’re looking for an amazing atmospheric experience with friendly staff and top notch food then this is the place to go.

The food here was excellent. It's a bit posher than many of the local places here and it's a little bit more expensive too, but it is still good value for money and very friendly, it is top quality. Our waiter gave excellent recommendations and guided us around the menu expertly. All was so tasty. I'm sure the desserts are excellent, but don't miss Cinnaroma next door for superb cinnamon buns afterwards 😁

Two of us had lunch here today - delicious and delightful! Not traditional, very clear influence of the chef. The room is spare and beautiful. Service was perfect. We had starters and mains - the sea bass and the pork belly - both incentive, perfectly executed and delicious. Good value wine list. So: highly recommended! Do go.

We had the 4 moments menu with Turbot, amazing! Suckling pig croquettes, the sweetest pork I’ve ever tasted! We were expertly guided through the wine pairings, all Portuguese and showcasing the quality of local producers. Would highly recommend!

Michelin star quality and taste for super normal price.Found Aurora by chance one lunchtime last may (2025). Ate an incredible lunchtine menü.We were blown away. Vitor is an amazing chef and a great person. We are back in Loulé for 3 weeks in June, can't wait to enjoy the food and cooking in Aurora…

A very talented and imaginative kitchen, professional service. Wine list to match, daily value lunch specials and à la carte menu plus 4/6 course menus with available wine pairings. At the level of some one Michelin star restaurants without the lofty prices.

Experience disappointed compared to the previous year. Price per Cover too high for a low-quality meal. Buzio rice had sand. For author's kitchen, an awful experience. Service unsatisfactory.

The cuisine is excellent, and so are the wines. My daughter ate her whole plate and even ate part of mine. The restaurant is quite quiet even if it is crowded. Our waiter was very friendly and spoke very good French, that's a plus.
