You have to try the Muxama and the Croquetas de polvo! Exzellent service, nice atmosphere and a very friendly chef de cuisine. Reservation useful, small restaurant.

Bistro Memorias is the loveliest casual spot in town — unpretentious, warm, and serving traditional Portuguese cuisine of the highest quality. The fish is wonderfully fresh, the cheese is exceptional, and the wine pairs beautifully with everything. What makes it even more special is the story behind it: Marcos opened the restaurant to honor a promise made to his uncle, and you can taste that dedication in every dish. A must-visit if you’re in the Algarve.
