Bosman´s The Dolphin Restaurante

A very special place and definitely our new favorite in Luz. We love the unique mix of Portuguese food with a South African touch. The wine list is great, and the ingredients are very fresh. Especially the fries - the highlight of my dinner! 😀You can really feel the quality and care in every dish. The owner’s attention to each table is something rare and truly appreciated. We will definitely come back to try more from the menu and enjoy the warm welcome again!

We had an amazing time here, the food tasted incredible and felt just like home. We had the lamb bunny chow, potjiekos and the lamb was cooked to perfection. The cheesecake and peppermint crisp for dessert was unreal too. 10/10!

Such a delightful experience dining here. The staff were the selling point as they were super friendly, and attentive. I ordered the traditional lamb stew which was honestly delicious. Would definitely come again and would recommend!

This is my first review ever – and I’ve already visited dozens of restaurants across the Algarve. But this one in Luz truly deserves six stars.

I have never experienced such perfectly balanced ingredients from starter to main course to dessert.

Every dish was exceptionally well composed, refined, and thoughtfully harmonized. You can truly taste the attention to detail in every bite.
What makes the experience even more special is the warm atmosphere: the owners personally come by the table, which adds a genuine and welcoming touch.

Wonderful wonderful place to eat. The food was sensational. The steak was absolutely delicious. The service, 10/10, and the atmosphere is calm and cool. Really great spot to go with your golfing mates or family. Really great.
