Kinoah.luz

We very happily surprised by this gem in Montinho da Luz. Nice sun terrace around the swimming pool. Also a fine ambience indoors. The have a healthy menu for vegetarians and non- vegetarians. They also provide Tai massage and Fresh cosmetics. We joined a lovely female entrepeneurs get together. This was beautifully organised by them!

Very nice place to come, definitely worthwhile the trip towards luz uphill. Very nice view, friendly staff and delicious food! Also really good music to create relaxing atmosphere. Must do if you are near la luz.
We had nice lemonades with sweet potatoe fries, after a rice bowl and a budha bowl and pancakes for dessert (including coffee and tea).

A must-visit in Luz – can’t wait to return!

We visited Kinoah in mid-August, and I’m already counting the days until we can come back. For me, this place is simply perfect – everything was so delicious. We ordered an açaí bowl and a matcha latte, two of my absolute favorite things in the world, and they did not disappoint.

I loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and of course, the food. When we move to Luz in October, this will without a doubt become one of our go-to spots. The only downside was the restroom, which unfortunately had a very strong smell of urine – but apart from that, everything else was wonderful.

I honestly can’t recommend Kinoah enough!

Fantastic! The smoothies were amazing, the food was incredible and the staff are really friendly, on top of that if you want you can pay not much, less than a sunbed on the beach to hang out by the pool all day.

I had some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had, this wasn’t down to the pancakes themselves, which being vegan pancakes were a little stodgy, but the toppings were unbelievable. I had the banoffee ones and I just want to go back and have them again.

Great little restaurant with a pool and therapy centre. The food is very good, mostly healthy options, Buddha bowls, salads etc, but other options are on the menu.

Fantastic breakfast options, open toasts, breakfast bowls, even a Portuguese take on a full English.

Off the beaten track unless you're in one of the many nearby villa's or small hotels . It's always busy, so book if you want an outside table. Could use another waiter as the two serving each time we went are run ragged. (Still with a smile though)
