This is a lovely Portuguese Cafe which serves authentic Portuguese 🇵🇹 food - something which is difficult to find in the Algarve. The food was delicious and the meals were reasonably priced and offered good value for money. The portions were generous also. It is a hidden gem in Loule’ and I highly recommend a visit here. 5*****

Every time I go to Cantina dos Sabores I find a new favourite dish, with their daily dishes, going to eat here is always a pleasant surprise. They have all kinds of dishes, from traditional with meat/fish to vegetarien. The peanut mousse continues to be heavenly, unfortunately they don't have this dessert all the time, but the other option are very good too.

You always think healthy food is going to be so bland and so boring. But I was pleasantly surprised. My chutney chicken, rice and grilled veggies was so good, I devoured the entire plate. It's like my body was crying for nutrition. What a great find. Before and after photos of my meal.

Best heathy food restaurant I ever been in Algarve. The food is delicious and most are vegetarian.
Service could be faster. The meal price is fair, but if you consume a juice and desert, it becomes pricey.
Service is kind and deserves a bigger space, as they are almost always full. Reserve in advance.

Returned here for the first time after many years. Nowadays they keep the vegetarian options along with non-veg dishes, so they have broaden their menu. The food was very good. I had a seitas dish.

The safety measures are being applied and the room is as comfortable as before.
