Like part of the Carvoeiro family. So many drink options, friendly locals and tourists alike. Reasonable prices and nightly entertainment. CASH ONLY! Handy ATM across the steer does not charge any fees. Such a good time! Snacks available. Non alcoholic options too! Super loca hang out.
Ask for the local special liquor from Monchique. Fire water with honey and cinnamon, really tasty!

Watched the Netherlands vs Argentina football here. Great atmosphere and service. Could only find a spot right at the back of the room but the inside TV is positioned very well so everyone can see.

Couldn’t recommend more!
We visited last week and had to pop in every single night once we had met the staff - atmosphere here tops any bar in the area. Biggest shout out to Sarah for her help with absolutely anything we needed, she was a dream! Dev who was always available to make you a special cocktails. Dream team - from home to home and of course we can’t forget the Queen that is Paige! Thanks so so much for making our stay so memorable. Best believe we’ll be coming back.

I went to the carvoeiro bar bob van goethem with my mum and dad this evening
There today I had a coke cola which I really enjoyed
It was very and cold and refreshing and tasty
It was so lovely coming to this pub this evening
It was one of the best pubs I have visited so far in portugal
I really liked the music they were playing
My favourite song they played was fairytale of new york by pogues and kirsty macoll
And pompeii by bastille
Kind and friendly staff

Great spot for drinking and talking with people you know or a spot to meet people. the locals hang out there and the tourists pop in which all adds to the upbeat and enjoyable vibe I have felt each time. Excellent and helpful bar staff make it a good spot to visit and drink. Events with music are also on the menu
