Very great place to do. It was free to visit and it takes at least 1 hour to see everything. It was perfect for my planning. The little church in the middle is beautiful. The walls and the view around are awesome. Impressive how they build castel in the middle age.

The castle was very interesting. there is no charge to get into this castle. there was a geocache in a very interesting location. we were able to walk up on the walls., this would have never been permitted in the United States.
I highly recommend it taking the time to visit here.
It is dog friendly.

Beautiful and well maintained! Everything is so clean and grounds are perfectly laid! It wasn’t busy at all but it’s a must visit! Not many options for souvenirs…

Walking into the grounds of this castle I was struck by the effort, determination and resources required for people to create a safe place to live. From the first stones laid down more than a thousand years ago until today wars have been fought and people have doubtless died to preserve their right to live here. The people from the surrounding land have chosen to keep the site up so it is a pleasant place to visit and reflect on the past.
