Brilliant wee spot to chill in the sun with a drink and a munch, bonus points for having sea pools where you can swim without worrying about a shark biting lumps out of you...
Extra bonus points for having external showers to wash the salt off.
We were lucky that we copped for sun loungers as soon as we went in, a parasol is essential as well.
All in all, the place is for winners 👌

A small and simple bar with some food on offer. Prices are low, service is quick and friendly. There were more locals than tourists each time I called in. Definitely worth popping in for a beer or glass of wine if you want to see a real Madeiran Taberna.

We found this bar on the first day of our holiday and it was the first poncha we tried. We had more during our holiday but this was the best by far!
