Every course was delicious. At the time each plate was served, the server gave a brief explanation of the preparation as well as telling us where the ingredients were sourced. Much of the meal was local. It was inventive without being overly fussy. Very much enjoyed!

This place truly embodies the word “unexpected”.

A five-star hotel is expected to have a good and expensive restaurant for its guests, but in reality, such restaurants are not always genuinely impressive. Coral is a wonderful exception!

The food is creative and delicious, the team is professional and friendly, and the view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning. While the interior design may not leave a strong impression, the overall experience more than makes up for it. The wine pairing selection is particularly interesting and thoughtfully curated.
