Fluìdo - Italian Food & Good Wine

I lived in Italy for 16 years and I know what good cucina and ingredients feel like. Well, Fluido is all about that ! Valeria’s kitchen is amazing, service is hiper-friendly, the location very cozy! I would recommend a 1000 times

The best pasta we have ever eaten!! The food was so fresh, delicious, and served by very attentive and welcoming staff. This was, by far, the best meal we have had during our trip to Portugal! Their daily special pasta, which was a truffle and sausage lasagne, was the best pasta we have ever had.

I don’t typically write reviews unless I am just THAT impressed - and this place was IT! We ate at most, if not all, of the local restaurants and this by far was the best one we had. Funny enough, I wasn’t “that” hungry when I got here but once the food came out, every bite was so spectacular that it was impossible to stop eating. I had the special which was a truffle lasagna & the tiramisu for dessert alongside some espresso. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I am wishing the owners utmost success in their endeavors. Their food is very obviously made with love!

Amazing food, small but lively restaurant, excellent service and just a great establishment. One of my favourite meals on holiday. We had the sharing cheese & meats board which was sensational- it was to share between 3-4 people however you could easily share between 5-6. My favorite dish was the rigatoni carbonara- I could not fault this- amazing guanciale meat, really tasty sauce. We also had the lasagna which was tasty. The wine was very nice aswell. You must book the restaurant!

All in all, we could not fault this place- a true authentic Italian restaurant in Luz. We will be back.

Having traveled across Italy from North to South, we thought we had seen it all. But we never expected to find the very essence of Italian culinary excellence here in Luz.

Yet it’s not just about the food and wine. It's the soul of this place — the warmth, the atmosphere, and the genuine heart that Valeria and Marco pour into every detail. Their charm and hospitality are as memorable as the dishes they serve. 🫶
