Fornaria Restaurante

On my opinion this is the best restaurant that you can visit in this town. Workers here very kindly, food are awesome and here the beautiful view! You must visit this place!!

Super beautiful restaurant open for outsiders of the hotel. Top service with the audience and view over the harbour of Sagres. Menu is mix of traditional food with a modern touch and beautiful presentation.
Goat cheese cheesecake is a heaven.

What a lovely and fortuitous find. We are staying at the resort and so far have eaten here three times. The service is impeccable. Setting is stunning - a sweeping and unimpeded view of the ocean. I had a mushroom pizza the first time - thin crust with very thin slices of crispy mushroom - so good. My friend had mushroom risotto, which was also delicious. For lunch, I had a tuna salad, which was a bit small but with a delicious dressing and fresh greens. My friend had a smashburger, which she said was fantastic. Tonight, I had the cod. Very traditional style (a bit salty for my taste) fresh with a tasty side of beans, cabbage, and an egg (tastes better than it sounds). Only disappointment so far has been dessert, which I am assuming is more cultural than a failing of the kitchen. The cheesecake tasted like a very strong cheese and was very dense. But otherwise this has been a great find Definitely need a reservation though (we went in September)

Probably one of the best views along this coast, the restaurant boasts indoor and outdoor seating with drop dead sunset views of the ocean and coastline.

Everything is stylishly decorated with a lot of taste and emphasis on comfort. Great atmosphere and genuinely nice staff.
I had the risotto and it was excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you’re coming to Sagres, not to be missed!

Overlooking the beautiful ocean of Sagres, this restaurant is the perfect place for a solo dinner, date or dinner with a group of friends.

The food is freshly produced and local, and the team is so friendly. I have many allergies and they met all my needs effortlessly which I highly appreciate.

Will go back!
