Beautiful restaurant overlooking the harbor with an optimal temperature. Kind and friendly staff. We had lunch with the fish kebab and the tuna. Highly recommended! With two appetizers, half a liter of house wine, and two fish dishes, we spent €50.

If fresh fish is your thing a visit to Grupo Naval de Olhão (GNO) restaurant is a must if you are in the area. It was packed when I visited and I suspect it's always busy as it serves great seafood. Meat available too !

Disappointed, we expected better based on some reviews.
Insipid octopus salad.
Pork rib skewers barely cooked and very greasy, the veal/shrimp skewer with fries was cold, barely warm. Bad experience!!!

prawns to share, then a monkfish kebab and a tuna belly dish
orange tart and a amendoa tart to finish.
2 bottles of house wine all for 72 euro.
lovely evening in a lovely setting.

At first glance, the restaurant looks like a simple café-bar with a terrace... but the appearances deceive, and for the better!
The quality of all the dishes I have tried was amazing, my congratulations to these incredible people, who are able to turn simplicity into real refinement.
