We came to Love Burgau on our first night back in Portugal and the 4 of us were absolutely delighted to find this gem nestled in a little street. The decor was really fun and modern with plenty to keep your eyes engaged. Regarding the food, it was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered, it was all piping hot and all the pizzas were incredible on the sourdough base which we hadn't tried before. Service itself was perhaps slower than ideal but that was because the restaurant was absolutely packed with people having a good time all eager for drinks and food just like us and was not the fault of the amazing staff who always tried their best for us and consistently greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend spending an evening here because you will not be disappointed, Love Burgau is surely one of Burgau's best assets and it's appreciation for the local area not just in name but cocktails and food too is always going to be a massive win for me!

We walked over the mountain from Luz in search of "Love" and we're very happy to have found it. We dined on a vegan mushroom pizza and the Beet, Bean, and Basil salad. The sourdough pizza was incredibly delicious. The dough was made and cooked perfectly, making for very tasty meal that was accompanied by the delicious salad. The friendly counter and table service added to the sweetness and interpersonal nourishment of the experience. We hope to see you again next year. Thank you! Obrigado!

We found this lovely restaurant after one of our tennis mornings in Burgau. It became our go to place for a couple of weeks as we loved the atmosphere and food. Our first visit we were impressed by the sour dough brunch pizza and the recommended biancolo pizza with added bacon. The turmeric latte was a bonus as you don't find many cafe/restaurants offering this option. We love the outdoor seating and setting on sunny days 😎 ☕️ 🍕 ❤️

The atmosphere was great music a bit loud though staff are very friendly. I had the clams they were great. Location great just a steep walk down a hill.

Great hidden gem. Friendly staff, cool vibe, fabulous pizza and a great mojito! I particularly liked the white pizza with roasted walnuts and the gents their meat pizzas. Highly recommend!!

We ate here twice whilst on holiday. We had beautiful Mussels and the most amazing Margaritas on one day and then fantastic pizzas on another. We loved the decor, its such a funky atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Looking forward to hopefully holidaying there next year and …
