If your in the area - this bar is must, the owners Alan and Caroline are so welcoming. We had some great days/nights here, St Patrick's day was fab, the Irish stew was amazing! Also had a great Sunday lunch.

Sadly we stumbled across Malibu Bar on our very last day, in fact it was our very last snack & drink before we left the Algarve. Alan & Caroline were friendly and it turns out we were basically neighbours in the UK. (Small world) . Food and drink were fantastic and good value for money. We would definitely go back here if we were in the area again.

Drinks and pricing bloody brilliant and the owners were fantastic and very friendly! We came here most nights for a couple of drinks before heading out for food or into neighbouring Galé or Guia.

We come here every time we stay in Gale (which is 2-3 a year). The owners Caroline and Alan make you feel like you are visiting old friends right from the first visit. The only positive about this restaurant is the waitress.
The service was very long although there were few people at the table and our dishes did not require much preparation.
The food was CONGELEE contrary to what is stated on the front of the restaurant. So there is misleading advertising.

We stumbled upon Malibu bar on Saturday just after a quick drink. They had a band playing who were really good and the atmosphere was amazing. Packed terrace made for a great atmosphere. The owners were extremely welcoming and were very attentive. We will definitely make this a regular.

Popped in for a few drinks Friday afternoon very friendly owners great service ice cold drinks went there again on Saturday as we liked it so much definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
