The food here is what many would consider basic, but the Piri Piri Chicken and the Black Iberian Pork were very good and packed with flavor. The servers were friendly, helpful and seemed to be more authentic than many other places we ate in the Algarve. They offered a local palate cleanser (honey based shot of alcohol) that was very smooth and tasty. The passion fruit mousse was also delicious (not like a french cuisine mousse, but good none the less).

Only just reopened, was recommended to go by restaurant Algarve down the road. The restaurant was well decorated and tables were well presented. I had the veal kebab which was excellent and they were displayed fresh in a chilled cabinet. Fresh fish was displayed too which some of my fellow diners had and really enjoyed it. A three course meal with drinks came to about €22 per head which I was very impressed with.

Such a wonderful restaurant! We were welcomed like old friends and treated to lovely food. The grilled lamb chops were cooked to perfection, as were the fish which we got to choose ourselves from the fridge, then freshly prepared and cooked beautifully. I would highly recommend a visit to anybody wanting great food and excellent service!

At first we wanted to have lunch at the restaurant but it was full so we naturally headed toward the snack side
We ordered two salads that were excellent

Our canteen for 30 years finished. Prices become overrated and prohibitive. Damage and price of sunbeds completely exaggerated for 54 hours. There are many other great places hard the coast at decent prices.
