We stopped by this quaint town, we were on a tour coming from Lisbon. It was cold and rainy, and we found this restaurant in town. It was amazing, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding. It was very neat and clean, very cozy place, especially coming out of the cold rain. So anytime you’re in Tavares, Portugal , give Restautante O Coreto a try, you won’t regret it!! Picture below, we had the Seabass, very fresh and delicious meal.

The food is simple but absolutely delicious, with a laid-back vibe and attentive staff. We really enjoyed our meal here! Plus, the fresh fish comes directly from local fishermen, which makes it even better. Highly recommend not missing this place!

Tradicional restaurant in the middle of Tavira. Portions are generous and delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful. We had the cod and the octopus, and both were delicious. We enjoyed it very much. Really recommended to have a good Portuguese dinner.

Stopped into this unassuming restaurant and sat on the patio for a lovely dinner. I ordered the sea bass and it was AMAZING. Crisp from the grill, but melted in your mouth. Had a phenomenal meal and could not have been happier with the experience.

Brilliant place. Food selection was great, as was the service, good choice of meals and drinks. Really friendly and helpful staff. Service was outstanding.
Positioned on the Waterfront, with beautiful views, which of an evening, show the sunset in all its' glory.
It doesn't look paricularly "posh" …

Located overlooking the marina in Faro this is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink.
We had Breakfast here most days and lunch on one occasion. Every time service was great and the food was good.
A good spot to sit, people watch and enjoy the view over the marina.

Lovely setting for a restaurant right at the waters edge in the beautiful marina. My wife and I visited twice and loved it . During our 4 day stay we ate here three times, the food was reasonably priced and very tasty.
The staff are very welcoming.
If I ever visited Faro I would definitely eat in this restaurant again.
Location is fantastic opposite the marina.
