Amazing restaurant with fantastic food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere.
We came here for dinner and started with the couvert, it was a decent size and really flavourful. Bread, cheese being our favourite, the sardine paste was a little strong for our liking.
We then all went for the chicken, chips, and tomato salad and the lettuce salad. All were fantastic. So flavourful. The piri piri wasn't too hot but had loads of flavour. The chips were amazing, and the best we had in Guia. You can really taste the olive oil, which is soooo good.
The drinks were good size and fairly priced.
The staff were really friendly and attentive.
Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and a restaurant I'd be happy to go to again!

4.5/5*
The frango had an extra crispy skin which was beautifully golden. It is by far the best textured skin on a chicken we’ve ever encountered. The interior meat was juicy and tender, contrasting well with the crispy exterior. Again, the Frango was paired with a concentrated Piri-Piri oil, which had more of an olive oil and garlic taste to that of Ramires. The chilli was mild in spice and the smokiness was light in comparison with Ramires’ frango.
The tomato salad and mixed salad offered a much needed, fresh component to the table, having a simple vinaigrette and topped with dried oregano. The bread and butter combination was perfect for soaking up all the oil on the plate and in the stomach. The olives were a beautiful palate cleanser/neutraliser and the chips were not so oily, intentionally, there to soak up the excess Piri-piri oil.
Overall, we were very impressed with this Frango spread at Palladium, they effectively contribute to the notorious Frango town of Guia.

Superb restaurant, very warm welcome, great service and lovely food. Also great value, the host (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) is a true gentleman, very helpful and spoke great English. His timings for serving each course were perfect too. Also we don't normally eat chicken off the bone, but the chicken is so good it falls off the bone at this place, so no worries there! Thank you for a truly memorable night and wonderful meal ❤️

First time trying this one based solely on Google Reviews and it lived up to the hype. I cannot find a fault. Perfectly crispy chicken, warm and dry fries, fresh salad and delicious apple crumble. My favourite, friendly and attentive service from the owner himself.

Mouthwatering….hands down some of the best chicken. I can say so because I’m both a foodie and Portuguese! Don’t mind the wait, you’ll go back the next day for seconds. I’d give it 10* if I could. Thank you to both owner and great staff as well!!

I have been eating at the Palladium for over 25 years, the restaurant alone is enough to warrant a stay in Guia. This restaurant is a very accommodating, well run family business with extremely good value for money. The staff are fantastic and I will hopefully be coming here for another 25 years. T…

Decided to go here for our peri peri chicken as it had better reviews than the more famous option. Shipped up nice and early for lunch when it was quiet but it busied up quite quickly. Noticed some people were regulars who didn’t need the menu.
In the event our choice of starter- the sublime garl…
