Had my first Francesinha, which was really lovely. A meal in itself. And tried my first Caipirinha. Really lovely lady looked after us. Only sorry we went on our last day and not our first. Make sure to go early on your holiday.

Staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. Its located in a quiet spot just off the main strip which gives it a very relaxed atmosphere. Food is deliscious and very cheap for the quality of food and service, would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Just had our first ever Francesinha here and what a treat! Ordered one to share and won't do that again lol. Could have kept on eating. The ladies serving were so friendly and wouldn't give away the secret of their sauce! The bar is tucked away off the main street and at 7:30 was quiet so don't come for a loud party atmosphere, but for great service and superb authentic Portuguese food I can really recommend

We had a lovely experience at Norte Bar! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really took the time to listen to our dietary wishes and adjusted the food perfectly! We also had a great chat with them :) As a sweet gesture, they even gave us some pens and a bottle opener. Highly recommend for both the food and the atmosphere!

It was the first time I had eaten a francesinha and I had a very good time. The dish was delicious and the staff was so kind. Do not hesitate to stop by because it is worth the trip.
