We stopped here for lunch after visiting the lighthouse. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the warm sea breeze and a beautiful view of local flowers along the property. Our peixe (fish) was so fresh, delicious, and well prepared. The potatoes came with a creamy aioli and the vinho branco was crisp and cold! Would recommend and will return! Obrigada amigos!

Came here after our visit to the fort and seeing all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint at all. Amazing, fresh and tasty local delicious food. They have some good wines and sagres beer as well and can’t go wrong with whatever you order. Staff is very helpful and takes good care of you! Highly recommend this local spot.

Oooh what a beautiful dinner I had here.
My parents were visiting and I wanted to offer them a nice dinner and this place was perfect for it.
I got fresh prawns and the linguine pasta, which was remarkable. As Italian I generally don't go for pasta overseas but I got the intuition to go for it and I was extremely happy with the flavours of it!
Oh and the wine we got was also amazing!
This place does deserve 5stars! Well done!

Great lunch here. Staff welcoming and the Italian lady serving us was friendly and she recommended nice dishes. We had soup and fish/seafood rice stew! Very traditional and good dish to share between 2-3 people !

Came here for food after visiting the fort after being recommended by various locals! The restaurant is crowded and parking is limited so try to come during off peak hours!
Lovely quaint atmosphere, attentive service staff!
The food is really tasty, we got the stuffed squid which was divine, and the sardines! Our server was lovely and took time to explain the dishes to us.

Here, at the major fishing port of Sagres, the fish is so fresh it almost swims to your plate. Most are displayed in the glass cabinet, but there's more in the kitchen.
The cooking is barbecued, simple, no sauces: with chips or boiled spuds or salad. Wine by the carafe, beer by the glass.

This place was recommended to us so we gave it a try for lunch on one of the days we were in Sagres. The food was okay but the service was really poor. We understand the food is cooked when you order, but they kept us waiting for a long time for everything, including the drinks we ordered.

We stayed in Don Tenario across road and wanted to drink so could not drive this was 1 of 2 places within walking distance and the other was closed. Place was empty apart from 2 others staying in same hotel. Limited choice menu nothing memorable about food. Service was excellent
