Local food fresh fish excellent services and good quantity normal prices for locals. Definitely coming back. We had Carapau which comes with potatoes and fresh salad. Olive oil at the table…. I love it!

What a place. Seriously, don't let the frontage put you off. Step through the front gate and it becomes a little bit of paradise, it is beautiful the views across the river to Spain are fantastic. We were lucky, as we found it by accident, but we will most certainly be coming back. The food is excellent the service is very good and we wish we had found it earlier in the holiday. My wife had the Iberian pork from the grill and I had the Red Mullet also grilled both came with a lovely salad, and fries with the pork. We were naughty and had a pudding as well, but it was so good. Can't wait to come again.

We used to live near here 6 years ago, and this used to be our favourite go to. We just had a rerun visit to the Algarve and after reading some of the reviews we hesitated to go back, but decided we needed to make our own decision. We went early on a Friday evening and it was so good we went back early the following lunchtime. The fresh fish is fantastic, the service was prompt and polite, and wow the views have not changed… just fabulous. The fresh fish is not cheap, but it’s literally delivered each morning from the boats, and we have never had better. Can’t wait to return.
