We recently celebrated my niece’s 30th birthday at our favourite restaurant Olive Bistro and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Ricardo and the whole team for making it such a special occasion.
They really went above and beyond to make the evening magical for everyone. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy the celebration.
The food was absolutely delicious and the team did a brilliant job catering to everyone’s individual needs, even though we were a larger group. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
Thank you again to Ricardo and the team for making the night so memorable. We truly appreciated the care and effort that went into it.

We visited Olive two days in a row, which says a lot in itself. We were genuinely impressed by the quality of the menu and, even more so, by the warmth of the team and the restaurant owner, who made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s one of those places where you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table.
The menu recommendations were excellent, and on the second day we found ourselves looking forward to returning all day, simply because we loved the atmosphere so much. The restaurant was nicely busy in the evenings, which only added to the ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed the tapas, main courses and desserts, and noticed they also host events such as Sunday brunch, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try. Very conveniently located if you’re staying at the W Hotel, and definitely a place we would return to without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We found this wonderful restaurant wondering around looking for somewhere to eat. The staff were so lovely and kind, the drinks what can I say absolutely delicious I had a lychee daiquiri and my partner had a watermelon cocktail which he enjoyed.
The starter was simple and delicious, it was meatballs (ALMOMDEGAS) and for the mains I had Cod ravioli and he had rossini beef steak medium rare. I definitely recommend going to eat here 😃

Super! We ate here, it was so good we had to come back… and another time, so in total three times on our 7 day holiday. The food was amazing, great taste and great presentation of the food. Nice wines are recommended for each dish. Now the service… Thank you so much for the amazing time, the service was great. Big thanks to Renato for explaining the dishes, making jokes, and making us feel very welcome at the restaurant! Thank you!

One of the best dining experiences in Algarve.
I came here for both breakfast and lunch, and everything was well above expectations — generous portions, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The smoked salmon toast was especially memorable, and the pasta at lunch was hearty and satisfying.
The atmosphere is calm and elegant, with plenty of natural light and tasteful design touches that make you want to stay longer. Staff were kind and attentive, striking the right balance between friendliness and professionalism.
I also noticed they offer a Sunday brunch buffet — I wasn’t here on a Sunday, but it looked very popular. Definitely a reason for me to return.
Highly recommended if you're in the area and want something a level above the typical tourist spots.

The decoration inside is splendid, everything is well thought out. Pretty chairs, a candle on the table, tables well spaced from each other, cloth napkins, pretty dishes...
