We tried the restaurant during our stay and we regretted it. It’s overpriced comparing to the food quality we got.
The food took a long time to arrive even though the restaurant wasn’t full.
We ordered the asparagus for starter and what came was a ridiculous cheese soup with 1 asparagus divided in 3 parts.
The guy that served us was very friendly tho. But still, try another restaurant.

Pizzeria at Monchique Resort is very yummy and reasonably priced. Not sure what other restaurants the other reviewers are referring to at the resort, but the food was served promptly, servers are attentive, and the pasta/pizza was delicious.
The pizzeria is a little hard to find if you’re not in block C. The pasta and pizzas are about €12 each. They ask you to make a reservation in advance but we were able to walk-in last minute.

Arrived 50m before I didn’t think it was there, it looked more like a bar!
But no it was here that we had booked. Waiting in front of the entrance I could see that the place was full, all tables occupied! Luckily we had booked 2 hours before.
