Eight of us had a very enjoyable visit to Ti Maria, the food was superb and the service faultless. The price was very reasonable for the quality. Forgot to take pictures of our main courses but this one is the beautiful desert.

I gave the atmosphere a four star because I’ve unusually given 2 other 5 stars in Tavira this trip, but actually it was 5 star across the board and so I changed it.

We stopped in Tavira looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and stumbled upon Ti Maria. We were seated in a really cool room covered in wine corks, and right away the atmosphere stood out. The food was exceptional and honestly exceeded my expectations. Easily one of the best, if not the best, lunches we had during our two-week trip through Portugal.
The white sangria was delicious and super refreshing, and every dish we ordered was full of flavor. We started with the octopus tempura, which came with a sauce that paired perfectly. Then we had the fresh tuna tartare with slivered almonds and what tasted like a light miso or teriyaki-style sauce that was so fresh and flavorful. Finally, we shared the half order of ribs, served over these big potato slices that were somewhere between a wedge and a chip. The ribs were tender and fell right off the bone.
By the end we were stuffed but so happy we stopped in. Great atmosphere, great service, and incredible food. If you’re in Tavira, Ti Maria is a must.

This place was incredible I’m so happy I found it and it’s away from all the tourist traps. 10/10. Food was amazing I had the seared tuna. I went earlier around 5pm to beat the crowds and it was WORTH IT. had the place to myself so relaxing and nice. It’s beautiful inside too. You gotta go.

The owner's welcome is borderline unpleasant; is he tired of the tourists who provide his livelihood?
The cuisine is varied, original, and delicious.
The setting is nice despite the unnecessary music.
The waiter and the waitress are efficient.
A smile upon arrival wouldn't hurt.

Very cozy place, especially the interior dining room. The food was a 10 (the octopus was delicious, the house bruschetta was a great choice and the sweet potato puree was excellent). Unbeatable service from all the staff. I recommend it 100%

The restaurant is a bit out of the tourist area which we found very nice. We were greeted super friendly and felt instantly very welcome.

One of the beat places for dinner in Tavira in my opinion. Especially if you can sit outside. Inside is very cosy too. My favourite dish is the treasure chest and the watermelon sangria was the epitome of summer in a glass
