A really lovely restaurant in a tiny town. We came to the town just to visit the restaurant and so happy we did it. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the cataplana and also the desserts. The fish & seafood was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The service was quick & friendly. The servers were very courteous & helpful. They even speak english. The pricing is just perfect and the portions are wholesome. We loved our experience and highly recommend Ribeira do Poco. They are currently accepting cash only, but there is an atm just outside.

The Restaurant was almost full around 6 pm on May 4 , and we had to sit outside because we did not make a reservation. Having said, we like the outdoor seating. The exterior of the restaurant has unique decos.
We ordered razor clams, Fish cataplana, and grilled limpets. The latter two are excellent. Unfortunately, razor clams had sands while tasting them. Senior servers were great too. We reserved our seats for the coming Tuesday.

Just finishing one of the best lunches I’ve had in Portugal. Fabulous lamb cotêlets. An amazing almond roll dessert with delicious artisan ice cream. Definitely coming back for fish or cataplana all of which looks so fresh and tasty . Absolutely delightful service. 11 out of 10.

This is a really popular place and for good reason. Food was really, really good. The bread and small plates at the beginning were delicious, especially the anchovies.
Then we had the giant prawns: amazing with just the right amount of garlic butter. 1 each was enough.
Second plate was a big dourada that was easily enough for 2. Perfectly prepared, Succulent.
Price was very reasonable given the quality.

Another fantastic meal: mashed with divine fish and cataplana at the point, full of flavor. To begin with, peanut butterflies, peanut butterflies and peanut butterflies with that real sea flavor — simply delicious.
And then comes the desserts... a real madness and a hard temptation to resist! 😍

Excellent seafood restaurant. Fresh products. Excellent flavors and staff service.
Recommended because it is quick and reasonably priced.
Exquisite goose barnacles and limpets, absolutely a must-try. After 7:30 PM there tends to be a line.

We visited this restaurant 2 times, one at dinner (19h00-19h30), and another at 15h00, right at opening. I didn't love the cataplana, but everything that's snacks is very good: scissors, strawberries, lingueirão. Very good fresh rollow and superb desserts.
