Venture away from the coast a little and discover the delights of a traditional Portuguese family establishment. We enjoyed not only great food here but wonderfully warm service and atmosphere. Having spent days eating all inclusive food this was a much needed indulgence, reliving fabulous nights from past visits to the Algarve and making the effort to escape the city and "go local".
You will not be disappointed with the food or the service, take a leap of faith and try this lovely family restaurant.
Suckling pig was incredible, the wine choice sublime. They even took care in ensuring my daughters gluten free diet was catered for.
We will be back, without a doubt. X

Having ate here last october with friends who live near by we decided to venture her by ourselves. The staff are wonderful especially Patricia who answered all our questions about the menu. We both had starters, mains and deserts, as well as drinks for under 50 euro. After coming to Albufeira twice a year for nearly 10 years this has got to be the best meal we have had. So if you want traditional Portuguese food cooked with passion, and not the usual food served in the tourist traps of Albufeira it is worth the 5 euro bolt fare out here to taste fantastic food. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

We went to o pote 4 or 5 times during our holiday, food excellent, service excellent, it's one of the best places we've eaten all the staff are lovely 😍

Restaurant very well the dishes are a delight my favorite dish is bacalhau frito and lulinhas fritas the dishes are very hearty and Price quality ratio is cheap recommends everyone to go to this restaurant. O POTE 😋😋 l very friendly staff 👍
