Finding Taberno Do 16 was a little gem - the weather was perfect for sitting out for lunch here. The choices were varied and we didn’t hesitate in ordering baby squid followed by a meat dish of slow cooked pork cheeks - both meals were delicious. We were greeted by Paulo who spoke both English and Portuguese so was very helpful in describing our choices. A taster of bread and olives are initially placed on your table to nibble at - be aware this is chargeable although not expensive but obviously not free so feel free to decline if needed. Overall the lunch was delicious so go check it out.

We went because of the good rating in Google, and it definitively deserves it. Super kind ambience, nice service, and very good quality food at a reasonable price. Sauced cheeks were water tender, and bacalhau a bras was delicious. The only down side was that service was a little slow, but I guess it was due to the busy time. All in all, highly recommendable

Had the prawns in a delicious sauce and the pork cheeks on a bed of mashed potatoes accompanied by a lovely bottle of wine. Absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere and service were perfect, an amazing evening!

Great new additional location by the folks at Bistro Bar Latte. Very attractive interior and plenty of pleasant outdoor seating. Very good apps, and I'm looking forward to returning for a full meal from their interesting menu. Same good service and friendly atmosphere as the other location.

Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant, fabulous food, which you could quite easily pay a lot more for at some star restaurants, service was excellent and the staff very friendly.
I know it's becoming very popular, so might be worth making a reservation.

Indifferent service
Stake bread, no apology.
Awful prawns smothered in a sweet chilli sauce that I suspect came from a jar.
