It was worth driving the few kilometers farther from the beach to sample these delicacies. Local food . I specifically flew to Portugal to try this sandwich (Portuguese Francesinha sandwich ). The homemade dessert exceeded our expectations. Hearty greetings to the Chef and his friend. I recommend !!!

On our last day visiting the southern part of Portugal we had dinner at Tapas bar Palmeira. The host spoke a little english but he tried his very best and his enthusiasm was universal.
