Versatile Restaurante

An absolutely stunning dining experience. The best meal we had whilst visiting the Algarve. The service was outstanding and the staff were wonderful with our 6 month old baby. The apple pie was stunning. Will be back next time we visit.

We had a truly excellent dining experience here and enjoyed every part of the evening.

Prince, our waiter, was outstanding and made a big difference. We immediately felt comfortable with him, and his service level was very high throughout the night. His understanding of wine, the way he guided us through the choices, and even the pouring itself felt professional, attentive, and thoughtful without being intrusive.

We ordered the Chateaubriand, and it was exceptional. The meat was extremely tender, full of flavor, and cooked exactly to the doneness we asked for, which is not always a given even in good restaurants.

For dessert, we asked Prince to surprise us, and it turned out to be a perfect ending. The apple pie was absolutely delightful. Very thin layers, rich and comforting, with what felt like a caramelized, cookie-like pastry element. Honestly hard to describe, but incredibly good.

This is the kind of place you remember after the meal is over. Already looking forward to our next vacation so we can come back again. Highly recommended.

We had the croquettes, razor clams risotto, the halloumi and hubby had the sirloin steak, and THE BEST APPLE PIE IN THE WORLD ☺️ drinks are spectacular too. Atmosphere is nice, last week with only a few tables it was very enjoyable and quiet. Tonight there were several big groups and it was a but noisy and yet we enjoyed every minute. Thanks for two amazing dinners!

We were excited to dine here and were not disappointed. Beautiful outdoor dining, attentive service, and great meals. The cocktails were very refreshing and the plating of the octopus carpaccio was exquisite. Truly beautiful. Would recommend the sea bass as it was light, fresh and tasty.

We had a great experience in Versatile Restaurant. Each dish was full of flavour and quality! The only thing we believe they should improve is the bread selection. Lamb cutlets and Australian wagyu were absolutely amazing. The staff is very attentive! Well deserved 5*!
