Vila Velha

What a fantastic dining experience! My wife, our two children, and I had the pleasure of eating at Vila Velha and were absolutely blown away.
The food was exquisite. We had the monkfish and the salted cod, and both dishes were cooked to perfection—a true testament to high-quality, upscale dining.
The service was impeccable and gracious, making our whole evening a wonderful experience. If you're staying in Sagres or are just passing through the area, I highly recommend Vila Velha. It's a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine food and great service.

This is a true gem in the western Algarve. Portuguese traditional atmosphere mixed with fine dining and excellent food.
Highly recommended for a pleasant every day dinner as well as a special occasion or business event.

The atmosphere is calm. It's rustique and sophisticated at the same time. Decor from farm life.
Staff very attentive and friendly.
Prices are a bit higher than the average in the town, but the well cooked meals are absolutely worth every cent.

The food was outstanding. There were so many delicious dishes on the menu that it was really difficult to choose. I had shrimp with curry and rice and was absolutely perfect. The service was also impeccable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect, too. We were seated in a beautiful little villa with an authentic, vintage look. The vegetarian options were varied and excellent, which isn't the case in many Portuguese restaurants.
