I must say this place was a great surprise! From the moment I walked in as a solo diner I felt so welcomed and treated amazing! All the staff was great, especially Fernando and Rui who made sure I had a wonderful time and the greeter at the door was a real gem! Now the food, absolutely delicious...definitely try this place when in Portimão!

Our group of 11 had a fantastic lunch at AllGarbe in beautiful Portimão, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the moment we arrived, Luis made us feel genuinely welcome. Managing a table of eleven people is no small feat, but he handled everything with warmth, efficiency, and a great sense of humor. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, remembered everyone’s preferences, and offered excellent recommendations that turned out to be spot on.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish came out perfectly timed, which made the whole lunch feel relaxed and enjoyable. Luis checked in just the right amount and made sure glasses were never empty and everyone was satisfied.

What truly stood out was his professionalism combined with a friendly, personal touch. He helped create a memorable atmosphere that made our gathering feel special rather than just another meal out.

If you’re visiting Portimão and want great food with exceptional service, ask for Luis. He turned a lovely lunch into an unforgettable experience for all eleven of us. Highly recommended!

We came in for dinner spontaneously and Luis was our waiter. He did an amazing job perfect customer service! Very good at what he does. We had the Prawns with rice and the fettuccine. It was perfect! thank you Allgarbe!

A great thanks to Luis, for his exceptional service! This restaurant has absolutely mastered the cooking of local catch. Luis recommended us to take the baby squid and in the end it turns out to be a wise decision to have followed his advice! The baby squid and French fries are super good, oh my god the squid was so tender so juicy so well cooked …. The cockles were good especially the juice at the bottom of the plate, which was definitely the essence of the whole dish .
