Artisan Steakhouse OldVillage

The staff were amazing, organizing a last-minute after-wedding event with canapés and drinks. The venue is stunning, and we even got to capture sunset photos on the rooftop. The cocktails are a must-try, and overall, we love this place. It's one of our favorites and we highly recommend it for any event.

Tucked away from the busy area, this place is a hidden gem set in beautiful surroundings.
Their food exceeded my expectations (except for dumplings). Food quality is much higher than the places close to the beach although you can't perceive it from the presentation, it does taste much more flavourful.

We walked in starving at around 5pm and it was empty upstairs so we had the place to ourselves! Talk about romance :)

We ordered the goat cheese and honey starter (definitely the best starter I’ve ever had!!!) and Portuguese steaks.

We were a bit disappointed that instead of finely cut potatoes (as we’ve had at other places), the steak was served with homemade potato chips/crisps (versus more French fry like potatoes). So we ordered a side of French fries to go with it and to soak up the most amazing broth I’ve ever had - I could’ve had bowls and bowls of that!!!

The steak was a beautiful cut of meat as well!!

The service was impeccable and we would 100% come back here anytime. Lovely atmosphere and overall an upscale dining experience that left us feeling very well loved. Thank you 🙏🏼

Really good selection of cocktails (€6.50 in happy hour!). Had a mango daiquiri which was really nice and very refreshing. The decoration inside is amazing and very inspiring and the outdoor seating is also lovely with a view of the village and pool. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English so no laugh barrier as well - they accommodated our larger party size and even shuffled some umbrellas to provide us shade!!
Can't comment on the food but for a few drinks at happy hour this would be a string recommendation for sure.

Great place. Lovely decor and the food was excellent. Yanet was very friendly and helpful and gave good recommendations. Rita came by to serve the food (don’t get that often anymore, owner/managers usually never make an appearance, so was much appreciated) has a great team and the dishes were excellent. Hats off to the chef. Will definitely come back, have booked for Sunday where there is live music. Looking forward to that. No complaints at all about anything. Thank you.
