Beautiful, serene location.

Relatively unspoilt by human activity. So many beautiful vistas to lose yourself in.

Very busy in the summer.
Worth an early morning visit for a breathtaking walk.

There is a 9km looped walk from this location with more views available. Restaurant that is open during the winter serving light snacks and coffee.

Early mornings reveal the peaceful nature and reflections of the surrounds on the waters.

A wonderful oasis in Rio Mondego. The place is so beautiful with full of trees and a little bit of grass. Drinking a very cool beer at the bar makes any day perfect! Does not have surveillance, e.g. Baywatch, but it's relatively safe. Good for camping and a trailer.

Very nice and quiet place. Perfect place to drive a boat, and to do some water sports like water ski. Two bars / restaurants with music, in one of them it was a live singer. Outside tables where you can enjoy beer, and some food, like snails and many other options.
