Great venue, smart decor. Good service and food pretty much excellent. Starters we had scallops and tuna. Both perfect. Mains we had fish stew and Portuguese steak. Fish stew excellent, steak was cooked perfectly (medium) but was a little tough. Deserts were fantastic. First time I’ve ever had profiteroles that were freshly baked and still crispy!

Service was top class and the food amazing. Reasonably priced and in a great location just off the marina. The food was freshly made and well presented, portions were generous and flavour plentiful.
We visited as a couple on a Wednesday evening and had about a q5minute wait for a table, which gives a idea of how busy the restaurant was, with anyone leaving saying the food was great.
All in all a great restaurant to visit if in Vilamoura

Fantastic food, beautiful decor and great service throughout.
Our table of six had absolutely zero complaints and all loved every part of our meal. Steak and lamb chops in particular were exceptional.

Superb food quality , service and vibey atmosphere! Set back a bit off the main harbour area , this restaurant is less touristy and delivers far better quality than harbour front spots . Nothing was too much trouble for the team , top quality meat and fish .

What a fantastic evening spent at Don Alfonso. The restaurant has a great vibe to it. The staff are friendly and attentive. As a chef, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, the charm of the establishment, and the warm welcome from Ms. Lurdes and her entire team. Thank you for this wonderful dinner, which I highly recommend. I will return with pleasure.

Whenever I go to Vilamoura I don't miss a nice dinner is a classic and charming place, I think I've been 30 and so years, keeps the quality and delicious dishes.
