It's a family-owned place with only one waiter, who was rushing around like a bee. It seemed like there was just one person in the kitchen too, so service for the main dishes was a bit slow. The food was tasty, and at one point, all the tables were full.

A lovely restaurant in the heart of Portimāo, the food options here are wide-ranging, with plenty of seafood and meat options.
The staff here was excellent and helpful, but service was a little slow, even by Portuguese standards. The wait was worth it however, as the meal was excellent. We had flambé garlic shrimp and Cod Fish Cataplana. Both were outstanding.
Our total meal was under 50 Euros, which included a glass of wine.
I highly recommend putting this restaurant on your places to eat in Portimāo.

Small family restaurante. Found this place by chance, there is only one server and one person in the kitchen. The server is friendly and provides great service, he runs around and makes sure everyone is looked after. Had the Portuguese Steak, it was delicious. Came back a second time and had the Arroz de Marisco, also delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant, will come back once I visit Algarve again.

Very rushed to close, the boy who is serving little professional nor good afternoon said, just put his head out and said kitchen closed!
Sorry we didn't try the kitchen and I won't come back!

Restaurant discovered by chance and this was a very good surprise! Local restaurant, simple cuisine with very good fresh produce and excellent value for money. I recommend grilled cod with vegetables or the excellent mixed meat skewer served with the sword.
