What a fantastic local Portuguese restaurant we were recommended today . Definately the best food we ate in Portimao and the grilled seabass and their cod speciality was exceptional. The desserts are homemade and excellent. Very nice atmosphere and the service was very polite and friendly. I wish we had discovered this hidden gem a few days ago. When you see all the locals eating here you know its top quality and reasonably priced. Easy parking close by too.

Highly recommend! The fish rice was amazing!! So full of flavour!
Then for dessert we had the house dessert, which was lovely and light so fit perfectly after the filling rice!
Not sure what issues people had with the staff before, everyone was lovely helpful and smiley!
Also top tip, sit by the kitchen so that you can look in and see them cook!!!

Cold food! My partners dinner was served cold. When it was brought to the attention of the staff it was taken away and brought back microwave heated, including the salad. We were then ignored for the remainder of the evening. We weren't offered coffee or dessert, Poor food and poor service.
