We had a wonderful dinner at O Marisco’s restaurant at the marina in Vilamoura. The ‘mixed fish for two’ was superb and I followed it with a very generous portion of banana split. Our granddaughter was well catered for with the children’s menu. The meal wad expensive but worth it.

Not as brash and bold as other places in the marina but all the better for it. Delightful and intimate, the food was just lovely and the ambience was perfect for a lazy Saturday afternoon, off peak. Was expecting a tourist trap but wonderfully good value, they have a lunch special menu even though it was 2.30pm and typically €8 eg. for grilled sardines, fries and salad, or calamari with same sides, or fried fish and chips, or cheeseburger and chips. Other items are a little more expensive but all very delicious and expertly cooked, nothing too greasy and burnt. The quality of food was surprisingly good.

Amazing restaurant we had the seafood platter between myself and our 10 year old son, the wife had stone bass. Both dishes were amazing and the amount of food with the platter was incredible. We had a local green wine which was a great addition to the meal. Laid back, relax and would go again.
