I visited this restaurant 10 years again and it was so good I wanted to go back. It did not disappoint! Excellent fish restaurant in the heart of old town. Delicious and great value for money plenty of choice lovely staff and reasonably priced. We had a platter of fish with potatoes and veg for €38! Highly recommend.
One thing to note the opening times stated on Google aren't strictly correct. Like most places in Portimao they are open 12:00 - 15:00 then again 18:00 - 22:00 we did arrive at 3pm and we were served as the restaurant was staffed but we were the only ones in the restaurant so a big thank you to the lovely employee that let us enjoy a delicious late lunch!

Found the restaurant by accident. Some people may find it strange to receive sudden starters without being asked or even dessert. But I find it an interesting service. The waiter made clear explanation in English that you only pay what you eat then explained what we will get as we wanted the mixed fish cuisine. The ambience is good very relaxing and most importantly food was tasty. Recommended 👍

Sometimes the best discoveries come by accident! We had been recommended a restaurant for dinner, but when we got there it was closed. But open right beside it was this wonderful and amazing place! It was a beautiful atmosphere, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The grilled dourada was out of this world! All the fish were cooked over a fire grill outside the restaurant's front door. This is our fifth visit to Portugal and this has to be one of the best restaurants we've experienced. It's not easy to get to, so don't get frustrated if your GPS misses it. Just park nearby and walk over. Trust me, you will not regret it!

A simple looking restaurant, friendly. The sardines (6) were definitely fresh and tasty. The shrimp on skewer are definitely worth some flavor and preparation. A glass of green wine is definitely worth it. Thank you.
